Reservations & Booking
You can book directly through our website, call our reservations team at (800) 555-PARK, or contact your preferred Parkside location directly. Booking direct always guarantees our best rate.
Standard reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. Advance Purchase rates are non-refundable. Group bookings and special event reservations may have different cancellation terms — please check your confirmation email for details.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM at all Parkside locations. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Parkside Rewards Gold and Platinum members enjoy guaranteed late checkout until 2:00 PM.
We are happy to note room and floor preferences on your reservation, though we cannot guarantee specific assignments. Parkside Rewards members at Gold and Platinum tiers receive priority room assignments.
Yes! For groups of 10 or more rooms, please contact our events team or call (800) 555-PARK to discuss group pricing. We offer special rates for weddings, corporate events, and sports teams.
Parkside Rewards
Joining is free and takes less than a minute. You can sign up on our website, through our mobile app, or at the front desk of any Parkside location. You'll start earning points on your very first stay.
Earn 10-15 points per dollar spent on room rates (depending on your tier) and 5 points per dollar on dining and spa charges. Redeem points for free nights starting at 5,000 points, room upgrades, dining credits, and more.
Points remain active as long as you have qualifying activity (a stay or redemption) within 18 months. If your account is inactive for 18 months, points will expire.
Points transfers between Parkside Rewards members are available for a small fee. Contact our rewards team at rewards@parksidehotels.com or (800) 555-7276 for details.
General Questions
Many Parkside locations welcome pets! A pet fee of $50 per stay applies, and we provide a pet amenity kit at check-in. Please contact your specific location for pet policy details and any breed or size restrictions.
Free self-parking is available at most suburban and select urban locations. Urban properties in cities like New York, Chicago, and San Francisco offer valet parking for an additional fee. Check your specific location page for parking details.
Yes, every Parkside location offers ADA-accessible rooms with features including roll-in showers, lowered fixtures, visual alarms, and wider doorways. Please request an accessible room at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Airport shuttle service varies by location. Some properties offer complimentary shuttle service, while others can arrange transportation for a fee. Contact your specific hotel location for shuttle details.
Complimentary breakfast is included for Parkside Rewards Platinum members and with select promotional packages. All locations offer breakfast at our Parkside Café or on-site restaurant, available for purchase.
